Welcome to Annabel andCo. Fitness Studio Center
Why join our studio
Many people simply feel more comfortable and motivated in a small fitness environment. For some, it's having a private and welcoming space to exercise. For others, it's about having fewer distractions and being in a community of people who just get it.
Our environment appeals to:
People who feel self-conscious, intimidated or overwhelmed in traditional gyms
Beginners who are new to strength training or structured exercise
People returning to exercise after pregnancy, injury, physical therapy, or a long break
People who prefer to work out without unwanted attention or distractions
People who feel comfortable asking questions and learning in a small group
Those who value encouragement, community, and accountability
Those who want fitness programs that take their goals, needs, and experiences into consideration
Those using GLP-1 medications such as Mounjaro, Zepbound, Wegovy etc, who want to incorporate strength training into their weight management journey and support the preservation of lean muscle
People who want to support bone health through regular weight-bearing exercise and help reduce their risk of osteoporosis and fractures later on in life
This is more than fitness – it’s a place where people of all fitness backgrounds gather to support, inspire, and uplift one another. Here, you’ll discover a community that truly understands your journey, celebrating each milestone with genuine warmth and encouragement.
Our wellness seminars complement your movement practice, offering insights into hormonal health, energy optimization, and thriving during your journey. Guided by healthcare expertise and delivered with compassion, these sessions provide the knowledge and tools you need to flourish.
We want you to feel known, valued, and to flourish; not dread walking into a place where you're just another statistic. Over time, the people you workout alongside become more than familiar faces. As friendships grow, showing up to exercise becomes a part of your routine you genuinely look forward to. Six months later, we want you to feel that this is still your place.
Because at Annabel and Co, it's more than the workouts. It's about you. Your physical health, your mental well-being, your quality of life are all connected. Your health isn't made up of isolated areas; every aspect is woven together.
Our Mission
Our mission is to advance the community's health, longevity, and quality of life through a client centered experience.
Our Offerings
We proudly offer a diverse set of classes
We created Annabel and Co. to offer a well rounded approach to fitness and wellness. We wanted to create a space where people can get stronger, move better, feel good in their bodies, and take care of themselves for the long term.
Cardiovascular exercise, through classes such as Zumba, gets your heart pumping, builds endurance, and makes exercise fun.
Strength Training helps build and preserve muscle mass, supports bone density, improves strength and function, and helps us stay strong and independent as we age.
Mat Pilates helps build core strength, improve posture, balance, stability, and body awareness. It teaches you to move with control and intention while strengthening muscles that support the body.
Yoga allows you to slow down, breathe, stretch and reconnect with your body. A tremendous way to support relaxation, flexibility, and nervous system regulation. At this time we offer Chair Yoga.
Mobility Training helps you move more freely and comfortably. It supports joint range of motion, balance, coordination, and control. It supports injury prevention and helps maintain long term independence.
We believe fitness is more than just getting a workout in. Our bodies need cardio, strength, mobility, balance, recovery, and connection.
“You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.”

We suggest wearing comfortable exercise clothing. Indoor shoes are mandatory for Zumba and Strength and Conditioning classes in order to protect the floors from damage. Grip socks must be worn in all other classes since this provides stability and prevents slipping.

Mats, bands, towels are provided. Bottled water is available for purchase.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your class, it is considered a “Late Cancellation” and you will lose the class credit. If you cancel before the 24-hour period, that credit will be returned to your account for future use.
If you know you will be unable to attend your class, our waitlisted students would be so grateful if you Late Cancel your reservation versus not showing up. You can do so via the booking system or by contacting the studio.

When classes are completely full, we begin a waitlist. Students must purchase a class credit to be added to the waitlist. If the spot is not confirmed, that credit is returned to the account for future use. An addition to the waitlist will be confirmed via email. Please ensure you have subscribed to email notifications.
Joining a waitlist is a commitment to the class. If you receive notification that you have been taken off the waitlist, but choose not to attend, it will be considered a no show.
